$1,000 Rent Giveaway December 29, 2008 Official Rules for $1,000 Rent Giveaway – Sun Prairie and Vista Court Apts. 1. Drawing will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. Drawing will be held at 5901 Vista Drive, the Sun Prairie Rental Office. Any changes in location will be posted on our website. Entrants are welcome, but not required to be present to win. Winners will be notified by mail, e-mail, or phone. 2. Entry into the drawing requires partipant to tour the model apartment located at 5801 Vista Drive. 3. The following persons are ineligible to particiapate in the free rent giveaway: ? Current Residents (as of December 29, 2008) ? Sun Prairie Apartments / PPM, Inc. officers, directors, agents, employees, or immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, or their respective spouses) of these persons. 4. Contest runs from December 29, 2008 with final entry being accepted 6:00 pm April 21, 2009. 5. The use of this certificate is limited to tenants who meet Sun Prairie's Apartments tenant selection criteria, including but not limited to, credit, criminal background, and income limitations. If the winner of the certificate does not meet those criteria, they may transfer the certificate to an eligible person. 6. Winner or winner's assignee must apply this certificate to rent at Sun Prairie or Vista Court Apartments either by June 1, 2009 or immediately, whichever situation is warranted. If not used by June 1, 2009, its value declines by $250 per month. 7. Publicity: Participation in the contest constitutes winner’s consent to use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice and or opinions for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 8. One entry per person; and entrants must be 18 years of age or older. 9. Decisions of PPM, Inc. is final subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. |
