Maintenance Technician

Department:	Maintenance
Office Location:	Sun Prairie - WDM
Primary Responsibilities:	The primary purpose of this position is to do corrective and preventive maintenance on occupied and vacant apartments and the overall property. Further this position includes remodeling and work on other special projects. •Organize work orders in order of importance – daily •Performing make readies in a timely and efficient manner •Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner •Help keep grounds clean •Maintain appliances •Snow removal on walks – seasonal/as needed •Grounds Care – seasonal/as needed
Our Ideal Candidate will Possess:	Qualified candidates will have the ability to work in a fast paced team environment, be self-motivated, have general maintenance experience, their own tools, plus have appliance and window a/c experience. In addition, our ideal candidate will have: Two years related experience. Prior experience in multi-family environment helpful. HVAC experience (specifically window A/Cs). Appliance experience. General maintenance skills. GED / High School Degree. Must have valid drivers license, a reliable vehicle and auto insurance. Must be able to pass background and drug test. Full time and seasonal availability.
