| Primary Responsibilities: | This permanent full time position consists of leasing the occupied/vacant apartments to prospective residents based on their wants and needs and to help instruct and complete all of the required paperwork.
Fun environment/rent discount-but not necessary to live on-site. Vacation/Sick/Benefits. Office hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm M-F; 10:00am - 4:00 pm Sat. |
| Our Ideal Candidate will Possess: |
Energy, good oral and written communication skills, sales experience with benefit selling.
Customer service skills a must - friendly and open to diversity. Property Management background helpful but not necessary. Clear criminal background (not negotiable). Valid Drivers license, vehicle, and liabilty insurance. |
