Professional Property Management, Inc. has been providing affordable, quality housing to the Central Iowa market since 1977. Our owner began in the basement of what now is the First American Bank in Ames with one employee. Since then, PPM has grown to over 650 units in the Ames area and 1500 units in the greater Des Moines area.
